1. Order Cancellations
You can cancel any order before shipping and receive a full refund. For delivered items, please refer to the following sections below.
2. Change of Mind Returns
If you decide not to keep your item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition (sealed and unopened), and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Used or Opened Items
Items that are returned within 7 days of delivery and show signs of use or are not returned in original condition are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
4. Warranty Coverage
All devices include a 30-day domestic warranty, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturer defects only. If your device is found to be defective, within this period, we will provide a repair or replacement—refunds are not issued under warranty claims.
- After 30 days, all warranty inquiries must be directed to the manufacturer and will be subject to their policies.
- Please note: Damage caused by liquids, accidents, misuse, or physical impact is not covered under any warranty.
5. Price Adjustments for Price Drops

If the price of an item drops within 7 days of your order date, we will refund the difference.

If the price drop occurs after 7 days, we will still honor the adjustment; however, the shipping timeframe will reset starting from the date of the price drop.

This policy only applies if the order has not yet shipped.
6. Final Sale Items
All accessories, wearables, and open box devices are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
7. Warranty Add-ons
Purchases of extended warranty coverage are non-refundable.
