The shipping timeframe for each product is displayed under the product title on its product page. Usually, it would show one of the following:

  • In Stock: Items will usually ship within 24 hours.
  • Ships within 5-10 business days after purchase: This indicates the expected shipping period for the item.
  • Ships within 15-25 business days after purchase: This applies to items on special deals or preorder.

We only sell authentic, brand new, sealed box and unlocked phones. 

The warranty is 30 days from our store and 1 year from the phone's
manufacturer. You can also purchase a 1-year warranty from us for just
$200.

You can only cancel the order before it was shipped out.
The amount of time it will take to process the refund depends on how long it has been since the purchase. Please see Terms Of Use 3.0 for more information. 

Most of our phones work with all Canadian carriers though we suggest
checking the supported bands of the phone. Some models do not work with
Freedom Mobile. 

You have 7 days starting the date of dispatch to return it in as new
condition with full packaging and documentation. Please read the Terms Of Use 3.0 for more information.
